Limited Cashless Policy (Amended), 2018

Spouse/depenclents of Employess & Pensioners will also be covered under the Limited Cashless Medical Facility. However, it will be the responsibility of the Haryana Govt Regular Employee/Pensioner to givc affidavit declaring spouse/dependents along with a copy of his/her Aadhar card and Aadhar/ID proof of spouse/dependents.
